But you don’t need to fret, because we’re here to lend our expertise and assistance. Our experienced team can service most makes and models of trains, breathing new life into your cherished locomotives and rolling stock.
When you need our expert assistance, there are two convenient options for you to choose from. You can either drop off your equipment at our store in Strasburg, PA, or, if that’s not feasible, you can send it to us. For an initial assessment, a nominal bench fee is charged, and we’ll promptly get back to you with a detailed estimate for the cost of the repairs.
To ensure the safe and secure transit of your valuable items, we kindly ask you to carefully package your train and send it to us. To offer you further peace of mind, we strongly recommend insuring your package, as we cannot assume responsibility for any missing or damaged items during the shipping process.
If you’re planning to utilize our repair services, we’ve made the process as seamless as possible for you. Simply fill out the provided form and submit your repair request, and we’ll promptly send you detailed instructions on how to pack, insure, and ship your items. Additionally, you’ll receive a unique Repair Tag # to attach to your package, ensuring that your shipment is efficiently tracked throughout its journey.
